Challenge description

As Chief Financial Officer you are a member of the top management team and will report to the Chief Executive Officer ensuring a professional financial management of the company. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow. Join us to be part of a fast-growing company and, most importantly, to work in a fun environment.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for Financial Management (functional leader with a small team, accounting and controlling, reporting and planning, liquidity and working capital management, financing and bank relationships, group tax setup, transfer pricing and tax compliance)
  • Shareholder relations in collaboration with the CEO
  • Risk and insurance management and internal control system
  • Corporate Housekeeping, Compliance, subsidiary management and legal matters
  • Development of IT landscape with focus on finance-related tools and processes
  • HR administration including pension fund
  • Projects and special tasks

Your climbing Kit

  • Solid education in finance and business administration
  • At least 5 years of experience in a finance and administration function in a similar role or ready to take the next career step
  • Familiar with the nature of SME, ideally in an industrial environment
  • Start-up experience is an asset
  • Familiar with the Swiss business and legal environment combined with international experience
  • Self-starter with balanced mix between seniority and hands-on skills
  • High IT affinity and sense for practical tools and landscape
  • Pragmatic and proactive approach appropriate to the size of an SME
  • Fluent in English and German is a must
