Account and Delivery Manager

Your Role

We are on the lookout for an outstanding Account and Delivery Manager to spearhead the initiatives of TechMahindra across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Public Sector, and NGOs. Your role is uniquely crafted to serve dual functions of account management and project delivery management. It demands exceptional expertise in Process and Cost Optimization, with a particular emphasis on Sanitary and Manufacturing solutions including a key partnership with a leading sanitary solutions manufacturer for their business transformation. You are not just about managing client relationships but also about leading the charge in the hands-on delivery of IT solutions tailored to our nascent but strategically significant engagements across these sectors. Your aim is to facilitate seamless statutory reporting in compliance with International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS/IFRS) within Public Sector and NGOs, and to champion business process optimization solutions that significantly enhance cost management, optimization, and innovation across all sectors. You will therefore play a critical role in both nurturing our growing client portfolio and ensuring the successful execution of projects, embodying a synergy of account and portfolio management with a pronounced emphasis on delivering comprehensive IT solutions.

Your Responsibilities

Cross-Domain Integration: Bridge initiatives in manufacturing, supply chain, public sector, NGOs, ensuring excellence in IT solution delivery that meets statutory reporting needs.

Innovation and Compliance: Drive innovation in service delivery while ensuring compliance with IPSAS and other relevant standards, enhancing our client’s ability to manage their accounting and reporting processes efficiently.

Cost Reduction Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of manufacturing and costing processes to build necessary costing systems, aiming for product cost reduction while ensuring product quality remains unaffected.

Process Optimization: Champion business process optimization solutions, focusing on cost management, optimization, and reduction, to drive greater efficiency and profitability within the organization.

Strategic Engagement and Business Development: Lead strategic engagements and business development efforts in the Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Public Sector, NGO, and Process & Cost Optimization areas, with an emphasis on sanitary solutions.

Your Profile

  • Swiss or EU/EFTA citizenship
  • Chartered Accountant, CMA, CPA, MBA Finance, or an equivalent master’s degree is required
  • Substantial experience in IT delivery and account management, with a proven track record of managing IT delivery
  • Minimum of 10 years in portfolio management, including significant experience in the Manufacturing, Supply chain and NGO sectors.
  • A deep understanding of product cost reduction strategies in the Manufacturing and Supply Chain, without compromising product quality, is essential. This includes expertise in cost optimization both by reducing direct costs and managing indirect costs like overheads.
  • Substiantal hands-on experience with IPSAS/IFRS
  • Must hold certificates in the areas of business development and IT delivery, validating expertise in these critical fields.
  • Exceptional cross-domain leadership and project management skills
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
  • Expertise in driving business process optimization for effective cost management and business innovation
  • Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written
